Pathological Films Online Brand Presence and Website Management

Overview

As the marketing manager for Pathological Films, I was responsible for increasing brand visibility and online presence. I drove traffic to the website through multiple channels: social media, word of mouth, etc. I also managed search engine optimization for the site.

Goals

The goal in the starting stage of the company was to simply increase awareness of company and site.

Results

I would consider the outlines goals as successful. The promotions that I had managed online increased awareness, which led to increased sales for our first showcase where the company’s short films were shown.

The acquisition overview for the site is below. It specifies all the channels from which we received traffic from.

Pathological Films Social Media Management

Pathological Films was a film company that I had helped start and ran all the marketing for. We utilized social media to help grow and expand brand recognition. The data from Facebook below shows the highest interest was when the pages and other social accounts were first established.

The spike in daily total reach during April was due to planning a showcase event and selling tickets online through our site. We drove conversions to the site by using our existing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Reddit).

Afterwards, I further reflected upon how to improve these campaigns. I would have liked to try to promote more content that was industry based on a regular basis to bring recognition to the brand in professional circles and keep our platforms relevant on everyone’s feeds.
